They ordered that in case Thurman comes back which is still time, idk what's up with the other mandatory of Porter now that Vargas and Dulorme drew but it's also not like everyone wouldn't already knew he will get mandatories. Also a unification trumps a mandatory most of the times...

Spence is rather worked up because Mikey chose to fight Commey in 135 (logically so) but if he really put his eggs in that basket then I don't know what to say... He was hyped to face a 135er that much?
With that said Mikey or not maybe he could still fight someone.

Point is Spence was like "Al this, Al that" after that fight even when he wasn's asked about it, throwing shots at Crawford like he is on the wrong side of the street and that he's never gonna fight on ESPN (guess they would have to wait and see and fight on whatever channel offers more if it's not some cooperation...) then now he's openly complaining about having no fights lined up.

Yep. His medical suspension ends on Oct 31st. He could come back. Really doubt his first fight back will be Charlo though.
