Nah let @newzz tell it the only reason to talk about criteria for rating p4p is for me so I can rate Crawford

You know how many times “I got ____ ranked p4p” came up in the cast after that....

You can’t get it around it, it’s the criteria/evidence behind how you rate/compare fighters

None of yall rank fighters p4p...you literally dont have the authority too, so breaking down "your" criteria for p4p doesnt matter when the p4p lists are gonna stay the exact same.

No matter what my criteria is, Crawford is still gonna be ranked & discussed as top 3 p4p with his weak resume, so what's the point in breaking down p4p criteria? We dont make official p4p lists....RING Magazine does. We just follow theirs.

Again, how can you have a cast about who the #3 fighter over the last 10 years was without talking about these things:

- Resume
- Level of competition
- Wins/Losses
- Activity

Example: GGG is ranked #1 P4P. What are you gonna say, "well he's not #1 on my list"...and that means absoutely nothing. Nobody uses your list, the only P4P list that matters is RING Magazine, so again, breaking down "your" or "my" criteria for p4p fighters wont change anything at all. We'll still refer to them as they are listed by RING Magazine after the podcast...not with how Herudat has them ranked.

You started talking about age and then you went off talking about p4p and vanes. Which is why I brought up crawford.


You're bringing up age like you don't know that every boxer is physically different. 36 is an age where most athletes do decline. Roy himself was done by the time he was 36. With regards to Roy on not seeing damage I wouldn't take his words on that too seriously considering he couldn't see it in himself lol. Tim Bradley was finished by his early 30s. Andre Berto was done before he was 30 lol. Some maintain at 36, others are done by 36. GGG is declining but he's still elite...there is no current evidence that he isnt.

That's because that's how many excuses we get for g g g.

If he's elite then be elite. Don't start dropping excuses in the mix.

That's problem people have with g. Yall tell us he's a God then he fights a stoner who hasn't fought in 2 years coming up in weight, from a division he was never on top of at that. You can't have it both ways.

- nah that inactive guy whose best win is Vanes, he's a southpaw.

- nah that randomchenko wasnt order by a sanctioning body, nah he wants too much money.

-nah that guy isn't a welterweight i can bring up

In fact, correct me if im wrong they were talking about how GGG roles have reversed as far as him become the "business man," selecting opponents.

When you elite, your C game is usually better or same level as your average guys A game.

It's interesting that for years it was "Canelo gonna dominate GGG " but after their fight, despite the fact it was scored a draw , any mention of GGG's resume also includes a "bet he won't fight Charlo he ducking Charlo" almost as if, subconsciously, the anti-GGG contingent is resigned to the fact that Canelo is gonna get worked in their rematch and the goalposts are being moved preemptively

Just a casual observation I've clocked since September

Deciding to be mad at someone for taking a keep busy fight when his blockbuster against the best opponent available was called off with weeks to go because he was a roid cheat

Hes elite because no one of lower ability has knocked him off nor has any changing of the guard situation has taken place. Everyone in the division understands that taking the zero of the triple gawd would be huge. Non elite fighters typically don't get that type of attention lol. Like I said I hope you keep that same energy with Crawford next month. The consistency cops I'm sure will be knocking on your door my breh

I said the same thing verbally on the podcast last night

And I've been consistent about this for years....Ive said the same thing to both Res (only RING Magazine matters when talking p4p) & Choc (to the point he's told me he doesn't care about RING rankings).

Im very consistent in that RING Magazine & VADA >> the rest
