Porter is in or close to his prime and has a better chin that shopworn Rios, he's also physically stronger, brings better pressure (the bar is low but still), I think punches harder and definitely faster... Nothing what I saw from Swift in 147 tells me that Porter can't go 12 with him
It can happen that Swift KOs him but it's not a foregone conclusion at all
