Outside of Floyd stans, I've never seen The Ring say a flat fee is deserved for anyone.

Pull up the Floyd/Manny negotiations posts, you'll see that I personally was heavy against that. I dont think anyone should ever take a "flat fee".

Nah it’s not the floyd fight.

Triple g was offered a flat fee years ago and everyone was saying he should take it.

ggg was offered BY FAR more money than any of Canelos opponents not named Floyd...

AJ bytch ass just gave Joseph Parker 35% for a figbt nobody gave a fukk about other than "aye loom a unification"

Only reason he offering 12% is cause he praying Wilder dont take the offer..

Everyone was on GGG for not agreeing to a flat fee and that was potentially up to $15 million.

That wasn't a good deal for GGG and the $12.5 million is a terrible deal for Wilder.
Any deal that doesn't involve a percentage of the revenue for an event this big is a fool's offer.

Not me breh:hubie:

Canelo should offer him a split across the board then. If GGG refuses to take $15 mill flat, then offer him 30-35% split on all profits (which a 30% split should be a lower $$$ amount if GBP was offering a more than fair offer on the flat fee initially....if it isn't, then the flat fee wasn't a legit offer) and make the fight happen.:manny:

I really don't see why it's so important for GB to try and play everyone out of their rightful cut of the proceeds by offering them a flat fee and not willing to negotiate a % split like normal....especially when people are refusing to accept the flat fee.:yeshrug:

Canelo is literally about to lose out on fighting the 2 most popular fighters, outside of Canelo himself, between 160-168 because they wont offer even a 70/30 split. That, to me, says the projected #'s are much bigger in the pot for BOTH fights than Coke Boy is letting on and Team GGG as well as Team JCC knows it as well:manny:

Splits > flat fee always when you're dealing with PPV buys/gate revenue/merchandise.:manny:
