Saul and Kim already have an alibi for Howard's body in their apartment. Howard came to the apartment enraged after having to settle and blamed them both. Then he proceeds to commit suicide in front of them after realizing they didn't do anything. They don't even need Mike, just the gun. The rest they can pretty much sell to the police during interrogation. Don't know if they will go that route though.

My random guess for lalos fate is that saul tries to help lalo “get gus” but in reality its a set up for lalo to be killed. But before he leaves lalo tells saul “if this is a set up etc…ima have a hitman kill u”…(idk the exact words but in BB saul goes ow is this for lalo or some shyt when walt and jesse take him out to the desert ).than mike ends up killing lalo or like another poster said i could see gus burying lalo in cement or under a fukkn chicken restaurant lol

True that but another factor I'm considering is how far into the BB timeline we are, or if we're even that far in. I know that Tuco was in prison and in the beginning of BB he was out. Plus what has been happening with Krazy 8? Don't think we've seen him so far this season. Will there be more on the Salamancas the remaining episodes? They said that Walt and Jesse make an appearance. Wonder if thats a few episode story arc or something in the finale. I believe the lab was fully operational when Walt met Gus but not sure if it was being fully used yet. With Kim it's a matter of how much time was between when she left and when Saul met Walt and Jesse. Unless she was still there behind the scenes and left after. They also have the Gene aspect. Are we ending with a Gene scene or not? All depends on how much they want to portray these last six episodes. I'm thinking it runs up into the BB timeline and Walt and Jesse are there but not fully into BB. Meaning like when Jesse was messing with Krazy 8 and the Asian guy at the very beginning of BB. So who knows what goes on with Kim, Lalo, and all the BCS characters in that time.
I read somewhere it’s like June 2004. I also noticed that Nacho had a plan to control the biker gangs and outside Tuco’s place in BB you see bikers. Krazy 8 said something about a new guy getting spooked and dumping a stash. Could be Jesse at like 19 or 20. Don’t see how Walt fits in. He didn’t even care about Hanks job until he was on some :jbhmm: about meth profits. I’d rather a leak at this point like someone said lol but I’ll still watch

My only complaint about everything is that it feels like there is still so much meat on the bone for this show to end. I think it really could've gone another season or two. I do love that it feels like the end of Breaking Bad where the world is closing in more and more on Saul and it's building up to a hectic ass last few episodes.

I also love how they challenge expectations, and challenge the viewers for how they respond to the story. They didn’t let us off the hook either.

They set Howard up to be the bad guy from day one, but he genuinely tried to be a good person every step of the way. Even when we didn’t like some of his moves, it wasn’t motivated in maliciousness. Not like Jim and Kim.

Jimmy and Kim are not heroes. They’re fukked up, damaged people fukking up everyone around them (eventually themselves too), and all anyone could talk about is “what’s gonna happen to Kim” and “she better not die”.

Do people still feel that way, knowing what we know about her now? Cause the crazy part is, Kim showed us who she was since at least last season. We just didn’t care. shyt is wild in hindsight.

I have a feeling the writing of Saul/Kim is a direct response to how fans reacted to Walt. Which was "oh nah, he's still justified" and not what the writers intended.

I like where your head is at on this stuff but I think Kim stays until the end. I just don’t see them running 4 episodes without her. If for no other reason than Saul is the main character and she’s such a huge part of everything he is, and everything he becomes. I think they’ll take at least one or two episodes to show how she processes and deals with what just happened.

Crazy that she’s basically more gone than Jimmy is. Also, Her reaction to Howard getting clipped was amazing acting

People said the same thing about Nacho.

A Walt/Jesse cameo doesn't necessarily mean in real time in the current story. It could be a flash foward to the 'BB" time line.

Yup. I wonder if he knew that Mike was watching Kim & Jimmy, too. I don't see how he'd know. Anyway, what did he say that caused Hector to go bananas with the bell? "I'm going back to Plan A. He get's a surprise tonight. Uncle… No, Eladio won't be happy. but this is the way." So, before, when he spoke to Hector after the attack on his compound, did he talk about a Plan A? Was Hector upset simply because he didn't want Lalo to get killed, which he figured he would going up against all of Gus's men?

This is a guess but Plan A is most likely just killing Gus. fukk the proof, or trying to justify anything to Eladio.

Which is why Hector was so upset, he wants to be "right". You see how upset he was when Nacho refused to implicate him in killing Lalo.

It's a moot point regardless, as mentioning Plan A and a "surprise tonight" was just a ploy to move Gus's men.

The writers have always said having a TV series is like attending a party.

You don't want to be the last guy there, drunk out of your mind with the other guests going

"why is dude still here?"

You want them to miss you. Same reason they ended "BB" when they did, and turned down a fukk ton of money in the process.

The first time Gus showed Walt the lab everything still had wrapping on it. So nothing had been used yet.

Fred.

I wonder if we get any footage of the lab being fully complete with all the equipment. Like the Germans constructed the building but where did all the equipment come from? What about Lidia and Madrigal? Do they get involved these last episodes? Don't remember if they mentioned where the stuff came from but I'm guessing it was Madrigal or some other connection that Gus had in the industrial field. He did have the connection with the Chilean or wherever his old partner was from so he had that connection to get the equipment as well but most likely Madrigal since they more of a big industrial company.

And yeah I agree that more would be great but don't want to oversaturate things. I know there has been a desire for a BB sequel or something involving Jesse and/or Walt jr. Tho most often it's in a joking manner. Don't know how far they can take that storyline, with Walt, Gus, Mike, Hank, Hector, Don Eladio, and countless other major players in the drug game dead and Saul in hiding as Gene. Plus all the available characters being old, so it won't feel the same. Hopefully we get a good sendoff to this series tho.

A lot can go wrong trying to stage a suicide
