Nacho put his trust in a man like Mike who was JV and wanted to be Varsity. Gus had no problems giving Nacho up and Mike never even realize it. He was never getting out that situation. Nacho was a pawn that ran his course. Walt knew the deal almost immediately, produce the blue and he lived , when Gale died he start planning and playing chess, Mike and Nacho played checkers.

And yeah sucks about Nacho. Wonder how they gonna play out the rest of the series with him gone. Guessing the focus now turns to Lalo. Curious to see how far into BB they go or even if they go far into it other than the future scenes with Saul in Omaha. Will Lalo cross paths with Walt and/or Jesse? What about Kim? She already involved in the Saul and Lalo ordeal. Will Lalo use her as leverage against Saul? They got ten episodes left so lots of time to fill.

Lalo has no other option but to go full Slamanca. He has no allies besides the cousins so i think this might be the moment where his Salamanca hot headedness gets the best of him.
Or he continues to play it smart and runs up on Gene at the finale. Those are my two scenarios
But bolsa happened cuz of the hit on hank which was a result of walt and Jesse leading him to Tuco.
Dummy Walt really just wrecked that whole cartel unintentionally.
