He left that gas cap at the junk yard. The cap he used to get the serial number off of was the tracker on his civilian car.

Mike changes cars constantly....the car he used to rob the cartel goon isn't the same car as the one he went to kill Hector with, and then on top of that he has his civilian car.

Knowing Gus they probably bugged all his shyt....and a random car he's using to do dirt winding up in a junk yard really wouldn't raise suspicions. They left him the DON'T note, so they obviously don't care if he knows they're on to him.

I'm not sure Howard even believes Chuck at this point. But that's for sure Chuck's plan. He can't do anything else with the tape tho - he can't even defame Jimmy. Basically he'll use it as bait to catch Jimmy in the act of trying to get the tape illegally.

My post was based off of this image, so it's all speculation where they will go with the story this season

I personally think Gus is going to help Jimmy/Saul out of whatever mess Chuck's recording gets him into. We'll see though.

I'm wondering if Gene has a medical emergency will his fake IDs hold up. I'm assuming the disappearer from "Breaking Bad" does a thorough job but a lot of that is hinged upon flying under the radar....and falling out in the middle of your job is the opposite of that.

As a law student I knew since last season they were gonna bring up the inadmissible aspect of the tape in this season... but there are several uses that tape can provide for chuck.... Will be interesting to see what the writers come up with..
