JayBlac literally put Surf’s song and gave shoutouts to him in damn near EVERY Champion episode when Surf was locked up and shot only to be met with slick talk by Surf when he came back.

Same shyt Surf did to 3letterman, calling that man p*ssy and sayin he’s moving like a female because he ain’t DIKKRIDE him over the bullshyt he was doin. (Which he had been doing for a long time at that time)


It’s like Surf has mind control over nikkas the way his bullshyt gets overlooked. Shyt is disgusting to observe.

Yeah Surf is used to talking to nikkas crazy, and Jay is usually a good sport but Surf be taking the name calling too far to a point you ready to ask him to rumble. lol. I feel like there are moments where Jay wanted to go off on Surf but didn't want to come off unprofessional.

This, JayBlac is so non-problematic compared to other nikkas in Battlerap that nikkas like Surf get comfortable testing his manhood.

Same shyt Surf did with Threeletterman by calling that man p*ssy and sayin he moving like a female.

Surf felt COMFORTABLE enough to say that.
He woulda never did that to nikkas like Roc outta respect.

I’m a 100% sure JayBlac wanted to steal off on that nikka, but knew the money he might miss out ain’t worth it and just kept a mental note.

Three is old and most likely wanted to keep that relationship so he just responded with his typical “I’m Jamaican, I don’t play them games” response to not be confrontational, but not come across soft.

Surf BEEN a line stepper

Blac even shouted Surf out in his round vs queenzflip. He always been a fan of Surf back from when he was recording in his bed room.

Surf also has thrown shade at the Champion of the year rollout several times over the years. Thats Blac's baby so you know he holds some resentment deep down even if he never mentions it

And Blac was 1 of like 3 ppl from the culture to visit Surf while he was locked up. For Surf to act like he cutting ties over some battle rap commentary is some mad corny to me

You see, he does a lot of out of pocket shyt that the fans don’t even call him out on. I don’t get it because if it was anyone else, they’d damn near be out of battle rap. For some reason, nikkas wanna be cool with it. Because of what? Star power? I don’t get it. Pretty sure their own peoples did that to them, a lot of the fans would react like nah that’s not happening.

Listening to Rosenberg & Award break down this KOTD shytyy point system

Like they’re presenting scenarios where like you can win every battle in the season, but still miss out on the playoffs if you don’t have enough points.

On the opposite end, you can technically lose every battle, but if you have enough points, you can get in the playoffs.

I don’t think their point system makes sense for established battlers IMO. Just judge it and let the winners go to the playoffs. No need to over complicate it.

Now, I wouldn’t be mad at their point system if their season consisted of all new talent. It can ensure that the truly talented guys can move on despite their record, while the “ru bando’s” are left out in the cold.

Not feeling chess/Ez as gun titles, only chess and roc battled and the other 3 couldve all been dope battles. corny shyt , makes me think surf dont want no parts of either and roc doesnt want a part of EZ

part of the reason I posted what Raw was pissed about. I didn’t get that shyt either but it’s their point system and the judging committee is independent of them. it’s the system they set in place. Even if you lose, you get another card for another opponent it seems but I could be wrong. Depends on how high you score.

I totally get what you’re saying. Once these guys click up, these battles typically don’t happen.

However, I think Roc would still be down with it based on that clip. That’s the best battle out there for him IMO.

Now with Surf, I don’t think the battles will happen. It’s funny because those are the exactly the type of guys he should be battling. His best showing was clearly against Geechi.

it seems better for evaluating talent rather than judging battles, which is why I wouldn’t be mad if it were a situation where KOTD was trying to compile new talent through this system.

however that is not the case

to be fair I haven’t watched the battle

Because the stuff you’re bytching about has nothing to do with the actual battles. These are things that won’t bother fans (outside of weirdos like yourself), these are things that should actually bother the people he’s doing it to. Which explains why he’s been shot up before and a lot of his peers dislike him. The only thing the viewers would take issue with is the choking or the reaching.
