As great as a battle rap mind Mickey is, I don’t understand how he overlooks simple stuff. He really thought NJT had a great chance of winning the tournament. It’s like how? The nygga can’t even get through his rounds. He has a clear trend of doing this. How do you not consider these things when making predictions?
This is exactly how I feel when it comes to Chess as well.
Not being able to get through ya round is a lack of talent in a critical aspect that to me can’t be ignored while making predictions.
And it SHOULDN’T be ignored when it’s time to evaluate and speak on someone’s talent imo
Being able to write/perform alone isn’t enough for me to put you on a pedestal, AT ALL.
Not when you’re consistently showcasing you can’t even get through ya material.
I was one of the first out here championing Twork, but he’s a major disappointment to me.
Everything was in his favor to make it big.
The lights just got too bright when the fame and the money came and he dropped the ball.
That’s why no matter how corny DNA can be in battles, I RESPECT him as a professional. He always does his job wether you like him as a battler or not.
