He should be in that whole griselda/ransom/ etc mix imo

the fact that he’s not a strong independent artist is mind boggling to me

He needs direction. His sister handles everything. His music is directionless. He has songs where it's like "This is the pocket he should stay in" but he's out chasing something....and I have no idea what it is. I understood in the late 2000s (06-09) when his album was filled with poorly produced Jeezy sounding knock off songs, because everyone in NY was doing that. But in 2020, you can get a strong buzz off rapping incredibly well. He should at least be where RJ Payne is at. He already has a stronger fan base than what RJ Payne started off with. Stronger than Ran too.
