I was listening to Black Compass and Drizzy said the KOTD Grand Prix is gonna have KOTD and RBE battlers in the tournament.

What kind of ring ding, back alley operation is Smack running? He has a legally binding contract in effect with a performer, they can't just randomly say "I'm not honoring the contract" and bounce. If he doesn't have an extremely valid, concrete reason for pulling out then sue him!

CONTRACTS are written and printed to legally hold the parties involved responsible for fulfilling their end of the business agreement...that is literally the total opposite of what you are saying Smack is about, so what's even the point of a contract? There's nothing "Cold Blooded" about taking legal action when someone breaks their contract randomly, that's the whole point of the contract

A business aint about to sue you if the cost of that outweighs what the issue is to begin with. Only a small business barely scraping by is gonna be eager to sue something (and that might be how you looking at it) caffeine knows damn well they aint getting much out of suing brizz

Settlements are more commonplace than people actually going through with suing tho breh, going to court isnt practical or beneficial most of the time for the parties involved you'll see an absurd amount of settlements taking place daily if you care to look.
