JB on Black Compass gave more insight to the Caffeine deal. Basically he said Cheeko called him telling him Drake was interested in bringing in URL to the fold. JB was hesitant at first because every other time someone with money came into the Culture they fukked shyt up. But when they finally met with the people running Caffeine they basically told them they don’t want change the look and basically asked them what changes would they make if they had a blank check and could do whatever they wanted. So basically Caffeine giving them the upfront money to do whatever they need and letting them run it how they see it should be. That’s ideal. You usually don’t get someone investing this much money in a company and not wanting any say in how things are done. This is a blessing

I’m not even being funny, but I thought it just phased out.

I honestly stopped checking out angryfan/PSA and shows like that unless it’s posted in here. Too many people out here taking it to the next level (whether it’s battle rap or something else) while these guys have been doing the same shyt for the past 7 years.

Yea...he looked crazy saying that, especially with him claiming to be from NY. Only rap heads born after 2000 get a pass on that.

in all fairness, he was quiet the majority of this episode. This was more of a street episode, and he really had no input.

This was actually an episode where Msfit should have stayed quiet. She’s really been corny this entire episode.

I was waiting for Knowledge to say he knew the gunshots were from Who Shot Ya but I guess I had too high hopes

I think he’s a good centrifuge of the show in keeping shyt moving when Math gets distracted and too narrow in scope, like when he and Rex started speaking in code

His hustle is working though, this guy is quietly one of the top social climbers in battle rap. He’s just better at questions than insight

Yea, even when he interjected he had nothing of substance. Trying to rationalize the Beasley fukkery when its obvious Math was getting hot by the second (pause) for example. Do you have to have a hood background to know that was a bad route to take? His awareness was not were I thought it was.

I didnt mind her as much this ep. The one with Verb/Hustle she was annoying as fukk though imo.
