Yea thats what i figured but i thought they’d do it in tampa again. The original place they did Volume 2-4 is owned by the guy who runs GOTC now (the league I battled Quest on) so im guessing thats why SMACK and them not going back there and/or why beas would be venue shopping out here. Volume 5 in that tampa venue was nuts. shyt legit looked like a trap house or one of them vacants chris and snoop stashed Lex in lmao

When Smack finally did that was when every stopped being in NYC

K Shine has a grudge match in the Chess battle right in front of him yet he tryna look elsewhere. Clips is on a good streak of producing great rounds lately. That doesn’t mean that a Shine-Clips battle will be better than a tense Shine-Chess battle. This has been years in the making. Shine-Clips gives me “Lets just battle since we somehow never battled” vibes

URL had an event planned in October in NY and it could canceled because of the Mook fight.

URL definitely moving around because of the cheap prices but they have had trouble getting venues in NY since the Mook shyt. The anniversary show is supposed to be in NY, but I don't know if it will be.

Its a safe play. Whether it’s a debatable or either side wins/loses, its not gonna propel or damage either of them. Aside from something anomalous happening, both battlers get to keep their status no matter the outcome. Losing or having a debatable with Chess could really push Chess to a new level and put a visible chink in Shine’s armor.
