Lux is a great, phenomenal rapper...but he isn't that great of a battler, imo. Somebody like me who only cares about the pen thinks he wins every battle, but I can see why some people say he isn't really coming away with clear W's like that. It's an easy fix tho, he needs to make the wordplay simpler, people in the building aint trying to decipher shyt like that, they like wordplay but not wordplay that takes too long to figure out, lol, to them that shyt just sounds like a flat bar. His cadence is in pocket, the delivery is fire, the bars are great...he just needs to craft the wordplay so it's easier to digest live. I think he's gonna get gangsta with Surf, I'm predicting a body. Surf got an amazing aura with a weak ass pen, imo, off aura alone the room may give him a round

I agree with this but this only applies to the after calicoe Lux

Grey hoodie lux and even 106 & park Lux is a real battler


Daylyt suffer from the same thing he's good lyrically but not really a good battler

Quick run down

Made fun of JC for being small, and said no grown ass man wearing a baggy small t-shirt is winning a round against him. He said he don’t care what Gang signs JC throws up, he’s not believing him. He said how is he scared to battle JC when he’s battling Lux, who is all you pen nikkas father. There was more but the gist was he was killing JC for saying he would be scared to battle him when he’s battling someone way better than him.

Surf know what hes doing by bot taking JC. JC is DANGEROUS. On top of that A loss to JC could bring so much harm to Surf. He knows it. Lux ain't no killer. Hes nice but who has killed aside from Calicoe. I understand him when he talking about not battling Cort because he ain't shyt for real but he know what JC could do to him

Losing to JC wouldn't do anything to surf. Losses really only impact new guys and at the most Smack just leaves you on the shelf for a few events until your "return" battle

Would be dope if the music was left field like the packaging..... waste of good design

JC ain’t doing that shyt because he’s competitive, he’s doing it because he needs (or just wants) the paper. Which nothing wrong with that. JC will battle ANYONE if the check will clear.

Think so? I feel like if it was just about the paper, he'd battle more strategically than he does. I think he battles nikkas in basements because he truly loves the game. But who really knows what breh motivation is.
