I’m genuinely not sure what the trying to say hereBullshyt. The ppv set up was fine the only issue was droughts lasted longer
And ppv costs more than the app
As a consumer if the only argument you can make is "the company is making good money" then you are LOSING
Atleast with ppv we got the benefit of seeing the shyt live
I've had the app for months and can't think of a single benefit for us, the consumers
Yall got some stockholm shyt going onthe app isn't doing any good for fans at all
PPVs across all mediums cost more, is the price of enjoying moment in real time
You can still buy ppvs if you want
You can pay for the app if you want
Or you can decide not to give URL any money at all if you want
The benefit of the app was consistent battle releases (they promised 3 a week and have delivered on that) , what more exactly do you want from them? Be specific please

As much as I like Hollow, I feel like he is pseudo doing what DNA tried to do to Danny when he was supposed to battle Twork. Play around with politics and look cool. I think ever since the JJDD battle, Hollow has been showing some damage done to his armor now. Loaded Hollows saved him like Gun Titles saved Surf. But I will say I like that Hollow has been on IG fukkin' with his fans and battling just to have fun. So I dunno...he sounds like he re-focused but this year...seems like he had a tough year yet it was starting with SM8 from last year.

You said it right. Fans looking for names will be pissed. Most times, they are not willing to give new talent the views and if they do, people complain about them and always want a rush job on the battles with the bigger names.
My only gripe with the app is some of the user ability to pick where you left in a battle if you want to go back to it. And the point system can be cheated clicking on the hand each time til you max out at 30.

They need to upgrade the app and figure out a way to release battles (especially highly anticipated ones) that satisfies both app users and people who want to watch for “free”.

It's a fail from the consumer standpoint, discussions are ruined cuz everyone isn't seeing all the battles, shyt hits youtube suuuuper late (with no discernable order to them) so future cards don't even reflect how the fans felt about battlers past performances. Half the battles i watched on ppv so what am I even paying again for? Having 3 different places fans have to pay attention to (youtube/app/ppv) is ridiculous
I get why we should attempt to understand it from their end but if it isn't enjoyable from our side of it idgaf how much money they makinunless they developing some gas-cancelling technology
Cancelled my app subscription this month actuallyfukk em, nikkas double charged me and customer service is taking way too long to respond to the complaint
The URL is throwing more events then ever and are able to put together big battles that they couldn’t do in the past.
I don’t even have the app. I know it isn’t for me, but I do know that it’s needed, as relying solely on YouTube is foolish.
Discussions were ruined way before the app dropped. Once the ppv era hit, that was the decline of battle rap discussions.

Smack can't tell other battlers (some on the card) that they can't stand behind someone in their crew

This argument is not valid. They have big battles the better part of a year old not released, yet the "app only" events are there in a day or two. They need to be held accountable. People need to stop making excuses for them.
After the Math battle, he said it was because he was battling too much & he was gonna slow down.

And he won't be because the only person who viewed Verb as some kind of end goal was Swave
Beating these nikkas only really means something to the people that beat them, i havent seen it change anyone's stock or cause any ripples in the culture, hence Verb still just being viewed as top tier and nothing more
I think the "PayVerb" era keeps this from being true. Legend, though.
