The quiet room doesn’t work. It’s better with an audience.

Only because most batttle rap fans are idiots who dont even know what the rappers are saying 80% of the round, they judge what's hot and what's not based on how the crowd reacts to it, that's corny. the quiet room is a trash concept breh, we need an audience for the energy, that works even for the small rooms. A battle with just two battlers spitting bars would be boring as shyt.

The idea of a Quiet Room would only work with pen rappers like Lux, Daylyt, etc. but even then, there still would need to be some sort of atmosphere in the room. I’m not trying to hear deadpan silence in between the rappers so it would at least need to be Blackstar type environment.

Quiet Room tried but it failed. I didn't mind it to a degree but it depended on who was battling. But my thing is at least Flip was thinking that could have been a good solution to hear the bars. Gotta give him credit for trying out a solution to contribute to battle rap.
