Been catching up on battles the app. Couple takeaways
1) JC is a problem, top 5 active no debating and featherbed better plates than Glu & Tez. I wanna see him vs Surf, Hollow, Clips etc
2) Danja raps like a good version of Verb, generally find him boring but he was nice against Holmzie

Jc & Clips happened years ago......Clips was still considerably in his prime w/ that 1 rounder. Jc beat the bacon fat out that nygga imo still to this day lmao.
i think Cor is a normal guy that fits in with whoever he's with, including street guys, so a lotta guys that just rap about it or just listen to rap about dont see him as who he is so he feels he needs to compensate. all things i've heard point to him being with it
and on the battle, JC did not body him at all. live recaps are bullshyt, especially with JC for some reason. he lost to Nitty and everyone now knows it. we were told he put cortez in a body bag and I had cor 2-1
Slow down breh. It was closer than people said, but JC got that. This is before Rum got it all together. His performance wasn't great. He still that nikka, though.
Facts. He needs to get battles against top tiers. Probably ducking involved.
JC battled Clips already. One rounder, good battle.

Check Hollow gram hours ago he said they should know today if Surf gonna be released or not.. Then Roc said an hour ago bout the situation so it’s lookin like Surf aint gonna get bailed out..

Rum had already battled will, clips, and ave before JC. Had gun line of the century vs will, MOP and here’s Johnny vs ave, and this pump can spit on this New York bytch vs clips. Been had it together and beat JC. His run has been 3+ years already, and to me it’s longer because of the steams and Danny battles. Don’t believe the hype. JC almost always gets first reaction love for some reason
There's no hype. I watched it live and at least three times after. I'm a big fan of both. Rum didn't do as well on the SM stage. Maybe it was jitters. Rum, as always, had good to great material, it just wasn't enough that day.
This is petty compared to what is actually happening to Surf but LOL @ Roc calling Surf the brain of the operation and just handing Hollow and Lux more material if the battle were ever to actually occur.
