Cassidy may be better at talking shyt than anyone is at anything else on the planet.

He left earth in that 15MOFE interview. There probably isn't a better trash talker in hip-hop.

Yeah we all grew up doing it, but it's a special talent when you get THAT good at it. He manages to spin every insult so many different ways. He has a way of making the person questioning him sound foolish, regardless of whether he has his story straight or not.

His whole "I don't even think I battled Goodz before, but if I did it he wasn't memorable at all" angle is such a great way to get under Goodz skin.

Cassidy losing this battle is really just a testament of how much the game changed. Cause no one is saying Goodz is gonna outrap cass.

With that said it's kinda foolish for the ones from that era to come in here and think it's gonna be the same despite everyone from this era telling them otherwise. But cassidy is just so damn confident that u want to think he understands that.

But then u see the shyt he post on twitter and its like u can see how Goodz can still beat this nikka.

Damn it's crazy I have Rex as the no. 2 trash talker but realistically there's a decent amount of space between Cass at 1 & Rex at 2.
Cass is so relentless with the disrespect, and he's not creating fantasy scenarios to diss people either.

Hell Young Gunz and Peedi were saying Cass was the best during the state p days. And these nikkas was around Beans/Free everyday.(They said Free was a better artist but Cass was a better battler.)

I remember Philly Most Wanted was being interviewed on Power 99 and they said Cass was the best in philly.

Thats why Cyssero made the splash that he did. Totally cause he was the first nikka to really go at Cass.

Buy one get one free battle. But u gotta respect ARP. He def give his people plates. Showoff,J Murda,Big K,Jimz/Ah Di Boom etc. They never would of got the matchups they got on any other league. This is why im happy for Scotty. Hopefully he gets some nice names fukking with RBE.

I understand not believing what cass saying but from someone from philly what he saying is fact. He didn't just start talking all cocky like this. HE BEEN saying he was the best nikka out. And he been saying that to battlers and industry nikkas alike and NO ONE is saying he's wrong outside of battle rap fans.

You had nikkas like Kiss and Styles saying this nikkas was ridiculous. This is kiss and styles. Not Rex and Mook lmao.

Look at it this way. Mook was also signed to RR wasn't he? Why did he not get the praise from Kiss and Styles that Cass got?

Don't get me wrong, I think Cassidy is going to lose to Goodz.

The thing is, there's no proof that he's EVER lost a battle before. None. 10-20 notable names in rap have stepped forward to back up Cassidy's claims of battle rap dominance. And personally I know for a fact that the Ruff Ryders camp would take their guys to 125th to battle on a regular basis. I knew a guy down with them for a minute, he would get picked up and dropped off on a schedule lol. Those dudes were serious. They sent their artists at people for fun, we saw Swizz making Ar-Ab's psychotic azz battle on a whim, that's just how they were giving it up. I think Cassidy said he was allowed to stop battling when his single dropped.

We know Mook was chasing Cassidy. We know Cyserro wanted to be Cassidy.

Cassidy was hated. G-Unit hated him. AR-AB hates him. Meek hated him at one point.

Nobody has come forward with a claim that they beat Cassidy in a battle. Goodz's claim to fame is that "He held his own against Cassidy".

Just saying "I beat Cassidy" makes a has been/never was rapper worth something.

Plus the nikka Cassidy got in a car accident and broke his whole brain open. How did he come back from that? I often forget that it even happened. It's like the guy has some sort of lucky charm.

the thing is in those days you could spit the same verse a against a million opponents so its not really the same as people that are battle tested now, i mean i'm not taking away that he def was battle tested, but i think he might be overconfident to the point that he thinks everything he says is crazy and will not edit well and it won't resonate on a big stage
