A lot of businesses are like that though, particularly small businesses and startups. You don't need to be making more money than your employees every night because you own either some or all of the equity in the business, you're building it up, and eventually you'll get your huge paydays (hopefully) There's really nothing weird or wrong, from a logical business perspective, of an employee going home with more cash at the end of a single night than the employer.Wish i would be doing business and at the end of the night thevworkers leave with more than me.
