People don't understand this.
When Surf roasted the hell our of cortez in that video I knew they were never gonna battle. Corte is never gonna get to a level where it benefits Surf and Surf honestly looks at tez like he a cornball. There's no reason to battle.
Let's fast forward.
Surf got ripped a new a$$hole for fukking up in the Aye Verb battle and only gets props now when he does Guntitles. While Cortez beat apparently beat some good pens in the game like QP, Bigg K, and etc. Funny how Surf did that and afterwards, that Mook shyt never happened. Tez still shows consistency and it's getting more and more notice. Just sayin......

Surf was a superstar by the time Verb washed him. Thats the difference between Surf and Swave
Once u get to that level it dont matter if u win or lose. Same shyt with lux. Mook 3-0d him. No one cares.
