Unpopular Opinions About Battle Rap
I mean, MyVerse is making her rounds tho. Let's not sleep on that. Ok, she tried the DNA shyt on DF taking two battles in one day and it didn't work out as well (beat Villun, then lost to Oshea) but her battles on QOTR along with her Smack battle show her on the come up (she's come a long way from her Voicebox battles and etc). If anything, she'll have to take some other names in QOTR to face someone like Jaz later on. Even though, Jaz should be battling more period, lol.

@Phillyrider807's obsession with Tori is beyond annoying at this point. It's like there is no logic when her name comes up.
I like Tori (pre silkk the shocker flow), but she doesn't have the status to land a Jaz battle on the URL. On QOTR, she has a better chance.
Tori is a fan favorite. She has her own style. I hate the word, but she has swag. The problem with Tori is she took a long ass hiatus before she could ever become really popular. She has never had that jaz/40/official/hustle/qb type of status.
Jaz/Norbes are looking to make the biggest battle possible on the URL. The logical choice would either be Bonnie or Myverse. Both women are attractive. Both are active and battle in different leagues. Both have been showcased on the URL. Bonnie has been showcased twice. These are bigger battles than a Tori battle.
Now I do think jaz/tori is a better battle & I prefer tori over those 2, but it doesn't make sense.
You gotta reward the women like myverse & bonnie who actually battle. These other bytches want to sit on the coach, watch tv, & call out male battle rappers, because losing doesn't effect their stock. A lot of this shyt is arguably the fans fault, because they are the main ones saying "___________ should battle a dude." For what?

This forum is entertainment, but I can admit the only time I get annoyed is when I go to the booth, see a thread on battle rap, & read the comments.
It's the same shyt. "Oh It's not over beats. It's not judged. They have months to prepare. They can't beat Cassidy."
I'll give them a pass on the beats. I'll give them a pass on judged battles. I can't understand why anyone would rather hear a sloppy ass freestyle over a well prepared/structured material. Writtens have always been better the freestyles. Being able to create material off the top of your head is admirable, but the quotables come from writtens.
