It's hilarious because Ali was propped up to be the lyricist outta that clique. But in reality he's ass, Nelly and Murphy Lee would probably burn him in a battle.

I am not too familiar with the Lunatics individually. They where all corny & Team STL still supported these corny ass nyggas. When it's Team STL's time to shine, this nygga wants to hate. There's a clear difference between "battle rap isn't my cup of tea" & hate. "Oh I don't understand it" nygga it's just entertainment.

The backhanded complements to battle rappers also annoy me.

50 annoyed the hell outta me with his "these battle rappers are the best rappers in the world and rap for thousands of dollars." He could never just complement them. He always had to sneak that in.

Yeah which is his biggest problem.

The reality of it is rapping talent is what gives you longevity.

Well, that's how it use to be.

We are in an era where ghostwriters/songwriters are used more than ever. You remember back in the day when nyggas had maybe 1- 2 albums in them & that was it. They maxed out creatively. Nowadays, you regularly see a hiphop artist still relevant after multiple albums.
