Diz was cool with Math in NYC but after awhile they started amping Diz to go at Math. Diz would do interviews and talk about how "the homies" feel about Math, he was talking about them.
Sort of true but sort of not true.
Diz called Math out after the Serius Jones punch. He said Math was a p*ssy and ruining battle rap. Challenge him to a fade too from what I remember.
Math talked some sh1t back. Then they squashed it and got cool again at the Total Slaughter house. There was no beef between them at that time. I'm sure they got on each others nerves but they were homies.
KOTD booked a battle between 'em and then I think thats when they both started popping off again. Half promo for the battle/ half real life taking shots. I'm sure the Krack City dudes were instigating at that time, to your point. But Math and Diz did have on again off again beef with each other before that.
say he would be open to battle Gjonaj
I agree, except I don't think it's an inferiority complex with Verb. He will cling to any argument that allows him to stay relevant. His performances over the last few years don't warrant a lot of interest in him facing Lux. But the "Lux is scared to go on the road" argument has more steam than the "Verb can take Lux's spot" argument. If Lux takes a road game, then it's theoretically a 50% or better chance that Verb is the person he's battling. But URL would pretty much have to do everything, like you said.
I use to be a verb fan. Lux would DESTROY him even if verb came with 3 whole rounds
Like i said KOTD is gonna snatch up BDot
That's true, I missed that part of the timeline. But look at how it played out. Listen to what he says at these points in the interview.
:43 "He ruined an opportunity for my Krack City comrade Daylyt"
3:45 "Math is scared to come out to LA"
This had way more to do with Krack City and how they felt about Math than it had to do with Serius. Remember, a few of them rolled out with Daylyt to SM3.
There's a reason why Diz went to NYC and played it cool. He didn't feel safe coming at Math like that out there. Ultimately, I feel like Krack City was behind this. Diz didn't punch Math for ruining the culture of battle rap, for Serius Jones, or because Math was running away sponsors.
Yea. Good catch on the interview. You are right, Krack City was always in the mix one way or another.
Diz is on some straight up p*ssy sh1t if you ask me. He won't come to NY.
Some interviews and blogs recently he's said he has no hard feelings towards Math anymore and it's whatever. Math still wants to run the fade.
Notice Math is on the KOTD card this weekend and Diz isn't. I don't think you'll ever see them at the same venue and that's all Diz. Math has heart if nothing else. If he's not backing down from Taxstone he sure as hell isn't scared of Dizaster
