I don't think it was clear at yall. The dikkriders were annoying but a lot of the bars Jones was spittin were corny. It's a very debatable battle

To be fair, back then the off the top style Serius used was common tho. For example, Jin was another one of them nikkas with that off the top style. It has it's moments of corniness.

But the whole squad joining in when Mook closed his rd with DOT! on his Head DOT! on his Chest was corny to me too

There is no consensus on Jones vs Mook. Why does there need to be? I'm just happy people are talking about it again, because it really has to be up there when you list the GOAT battles. I feel like this is the definition of a "preference" battle. Who ever you thought won, won clearly for multiple reasons.
