I think they have that nikayu (or whatever his name is) dude that financed other kotd card fronting the money for this event. Its the sole reason why all of a sudden they can afford hollow.
Cortez isnt really someone you have to break through to battle.
Well Cortez wasn't biting last time B. Dot called him out. That's the same night Tink called up Angryfan and was going back and forth with B. Dot. Maybe Cortez has had a change of heart.
