Prime Ill had one of the GOAT deliveries/cadences so I'm glad he was sounding on form again.

If he ends up battling Chess as rumoured, I can see him winning that quite comfortably as long as he keeps the energy up and doesn't forget his material.

My nikka I've been saying this shyt about Surf for YEARS. Son is not nice like that but he walks around like he Jordan. Surf's battle record is filled with losses and trash material, yet this dude is regarded as one of the best because he's an OG url dude and fans gas his sh*t. I also agree that Surf is riding Roc's wave right now with the guntitles sh*t. Roc is popping right now, not Surf. Look at Surf's material his last 4 or 5 battles.

Looking back it seems like the problem is they didn't realize how much material is creating brand new 60 second rounds every day for two weeks.

Rex and Day's style was made for this, they are from that era where you had to have a battle worth of verses on deck. They were very mindful of not wasting material.
