Idk if.he was talkin about himself with that statement but it's still a true overall msg...most of these nikkas still are sounding alike, 900 battle rappers and maybe 4 or 5 actually stand out in this era of b.r.
To call Rex a bum is blasphemy though considering he one of the few who carried battle rap 5 yrs straight after Mook,Lux, & Jones sat on the bench and chilled for yrs...Recycling is bad for today's standard don't get me wrong,but to NOT choke, ain't duck nobody, no slip up, stumble, not even uh stutter for 10+ yrs and still get on a major card to this day is far from bummish.

I disagree.
In the trailer, the other battles looked more crisp in the traditional format.
I watched some of the first round today.
It's great UDubb tried something different, but overall it didn't do much for me.
Sometimes, you can do too much. UDubb's main priority should be creating quality cards & developing new talent. They started way too late on developing talent. U Dubb started 4 years ago. Imagine where they would be today if they focused on creating their own talent instead of just doing URL battles. Nyggas always trying to take shortcuts.
