NINE straight dope rounds from Ave. Let's talk about it. How many battlers are giving us that type of consistency?

There's no reason for me to believe there will be a drop-off. He doesn't do much in the way of performance, so he can only get better in that area. And lowkey he's got the BEST hypeman in battle rap standing next to him, which is Tay Roc.
T-Top didn't want to take him for a "Rookies v Sophomores" card, and that is somewhat disappointing. But we don't even know if Rookies v Sophomores is really happening anyway. I might be getting ahead of myself, but I think Ave is one dope URL battle away from Ave v T-Top sounding like a nice Summer Madness match-up.

there was a video right after suge battled clips. it had tay roc, suge and red all in the back. red was talking about how he was the main event for sm wit big-t and suge disagreed saying something else. red then on saying suge just started headlining and how he headlined summer madness which is basically the biggest event you can headline. suge went back saying how him and cal headlined then red, said he didn't cause tez and marv won was the last battle. suge was talking bout how he was on the url card before red against hollyhood and red ended up losing his battle against joe lite in a subway station :dead: just some back and forth bullshyt but red can't be talking though. homie aint been the same since hitman gave him that L.

Oh ok. I saw that. From what I remember O-Red was correct about everything he said, look it up. Suge was just talking shyt to make himself look good.

And you don't really believe O-Red lost to Joe Lite, do you?
He was pressing him, but it wasn't to the point of getting punked so much you catch an automatic L. At least not in my eyes.

Top is just being really particular about the battles he takes at this point. I don't think he wants to be on any type of "Rookies v Sophomores" card, period. He also put it out there that he called Ave out to battle a couple years back, and Ave turned him down, so that may play a part. Truthfully I think Top just wants to keep his buzz intact until his Smack URL contract is up. If we are to believe what other league owners have said, he's had to turn down a lot of big battles because he's under contract with Smack. Even with this Hitman debacle, Top is still under contract but Hitman said Top was still going to do the battle on Hitman's league anyway. If that's true, there's some strain there between T-Top & URL.

So if Rum Nitty has to take one more before getting Roc, who should it be? What would be a dope match-up for Nitty? I'll say it again, Nitty vs Chess did great numbers under the circumstances, but that battle would have made more sense if it happened now.

Brizz is the only battle that I can think of that makes sense for Nitty right now, but if not him then who?
