But I was at Tay Roc during the Ave/Nitty battle when he was talking that "you lucky you not battling me" shyt. I seriously think Ave dropped more clever/real/deep bars in one round than Roc does in a whole battle.

I agree but you can't discount Roc's presence, energy and delivery. He can still win battles off of that even though he is weak when it comes to pure bars. I think we can all agree that Roc is one dimensional and struggle with batters who are versatile.

Yeah, I've learned that I just can't discount whatever Roc does to draw the crowds in. It doesn't translate on cam for me, but it's undeniable at this point.

...but for my money, Ave is on a very different level. Hope he translates all the way to the stage.

Roc is immortal. nikka refuses to die. Everyone including smack was convinced he would die vs Ill will and we saw how that worked out.
He went up vs bar heavy guys (red) vs versatile guys (clips second battle) vs performance guys (brizz/cal) and came up winning or making it debatable. I doubt Ave or Nitty will make a change.
