JC beat Illmac and Bigg K though.
We are both speculating here, but going by how Lux moves, it seems out of character for him to accept that battle.
He was going to wait until it got cold, which he can do, because he doesn’t rely on battle rap as his primary income.
If Lux wanted to battle JC it would have happened. A conversation would have occurred telling JC not to take any more battles. What you gotta understand is that it benefits an A side guy like Lux to have a battle on the table that people want to see.
Hitman doesn’t play those games. When Suge got hot, he immediately jumped on the battle.
When JC got hot, I was like Lux is not taking that battle, and it didn’t happen.

Actually you have a pointhe hasn't humored a single pen guy for real, do you think it's because back in the day you HAD to have charisma as well, you could just have a pen, so he inherently doesn't respect them as much?
I just think he wants to make what he perceives to be the biggest battles. Those “pen“ guys don’t move in a way that’s conducive to land a Lux battle, but even if they did, there’s bigger named battlers out there that he’d prefer to battle.
Just notice how he seems “meh“ on DNA and Rum Nitty, but gets extra excited about Hitman.
Notice how when Surf called him out, that battle was made it like 2 weeks.
Notice how he was willing to battle Geechi on short notice.
Lux/Arsonal was very hard to make either.
I’m telling nyggas, Lux is very easy to work with when it comes to battles like Surf, Geechi, Arsonal, but he’s suddenly hard to work with when you’re talking about guys like JC.
The whole Daylyt fiasco is interesting. Although I’m not a fan of him, he is a charismatic “pen” guy that is top tier. It would be a big event. Despite that, he wants no parts of that battle. It would be a bad look if he were to lose to a fellow “pen” guy.

It'd prolly be the only battle in his career that, if he loses, people WILL hold against him and he won't be able to talk around it
If this is directed at me, I think you’re misinterpreting what I’m saying.
If Lux truly wanted to battle JC, then he should immediately reached out so that Lux/URL/JC could come up with a plan to preserve the battle and make it happen. Make it where it financially makes sense for JC not to take multiple battles.
No battler should wait for Lux
I honestly don't believe Lux cares that much about battle rapping. For him to come back he will need the bag and a tangible opportunity to make a viral moment. It's hard to make a moment with JC or Rum, fans just aren't invested in their personal dealings. Rum Nitty's name is Cornell, nyggas are not trying to google a "Cornell" or dig into his past. The opportunity is there with Hitman or with Eazy.
