K-Shine wines like an insufferable bytch. One of his gripes is (that after the humble brag that he signed the most unique URL deal ever of getting paid up front along with a monthly fee as well) that he knowingly signed a 5 battle contract with only 1 clear opponent (Daylyt) and 4 TBA/Blank slots.

When the 4 blanks slots begin to reveal, they’re up and comers or battlers the URL owned and he alluded to them sabotaging him with that.

A) You signed a contract

B) Your contemporaries (Nitty, Jc, Tay Roc, etc..) have battled worse competition without bytchin)

He wants his cake and eat it too and when shyt don’t go his way he starts his Napoleon tough guy shyt.

How did they work with him that long?

I believe the URL vs RBE lawsuit will center around tortious interference.

What you’re missing is that this isn’t just about moral..
This is about the law.

Contrary to belief, Tortious Interference isn’t limited to contracts.

It also applies if a party can prove that the actions of another party intentionally disrupted their business relationships, leading to economic harm.

I strongly believe Battlerap needs lawsuits to grow up.

On top of what Reasonable posted is you cant strong arm your battlers into stuff either. Battlers are treated as independent contractors for URL contracts. You cant then get mad when these independent contractors make their own moves.

Chris Unbias did a documentary recently on how URL fukked over some woman league owner (chicago based) that wanted to book some big battles with Hitman iirc. This was like 2010-12 or some shyt.

The only reason URL been getting away with it this long is nikkas dont like taking ppl to court because it's a bad look (stupid mentality) , they scared of the repercussions (battlers aint gonna risk messing with you and upsetting URL) and it takes money to go to court. ARP seems to be one of the first ones to have the money to take URL to court and is big enough to where not being able to book battlers who bend to URL's whims dont affect him.

I don’t care what anyone says, Mz Gracie and Gorilla Warfare had to go. They would book the biggest battles and proceed with provide the shyttiest audio/video in battle rap.

Biggest battle for DNA right now is a K Shine rematch.

It’s probably the only interesting battle out there for him. I’d rather see that than him and Lux.

It’s kind of strange the URL has never capitalized on a rematch card.

What happened between DNA and K Shine that makes that the biggest battle for him? He didn't stand up for K Shine or something?

K-Shine and DNA wasn't talking for 10 months before DNA's mother passed. K-Shine reached out after he got the news tho
DNA wanted to leave NWX for a while, at least a year, before he left. didn't divulge why he originally wanted to leave
DNA got on a group call with everyone, on the call they all made the decision to disband NWX.
Shine at first said he don't care, but him and DNA talked at least twice after the initial call and DNA thought they were good.
DNA stands on Shine's side during the Eazy/Shine battle. Uncle Marvin from Power showed up after the Eazy/K-Shine battle, apparently he's a big Shine fan and wanted to meet him and DNA texted shine to let him know. Shine ghosted that nikka. Fonz gets to DNA that Shine still felt a way about the NWX Breakup
Feb 2022, they talk again and DNA once again thinks they're good. not as good as they once were, but good
March 2022. Shine tells DNA he's having URL Issues, suggests to DNA they do a 2v2 vs Casey/Official to get Shine out of his contract. DNA pitches it to Beasley, who shuts it down. Shine still stuck in that contract
March 21st, DNA Grandmother passes away. He don't talk to Shine again until August.
DNA reaches out to Shine in August before they go on BET to be the bigger man. Shine never gave condolences and he been to DNA's grandma crib? Shine gives excuses why he didn't reach out. DNA still lets that be water under the bridge.
DNA vs Shine happens on BET, They agree to split the winnings. DNA wins. BET's money was delayed for months. Once he got the money (which is less than half of the 25k), he splits it with Shine 50/50.
DNA wishes him happy thanksgiving, Shine ghosted him.
Before Volume, Shine tells DNA he ran his mouth. Shine doesn't expound on what he means. DNA blocks Shine
Shine vs URL really starts here with an interview at one of the Outside Events or Lightwork...idk man
DNA told Shine not to take the deal he's currently in. Explains that when the deals started with Harry, it was a privilege to get into one of these contracts because URL didn't do that many events and a 4 battle-deal meant you was getting paid the full year. Now that they were doing more events (Caffeine Era), it's smarter to play your stock and start negotiating for more money if you keep winning. Also told him if he signs a contract without having names in particular on the contract, they're gonna put whoever on there and he'll be stuck with that because they're paying him and will want product for their payment
Shine responded by sayin he gotta do what he gotta do. Still told him Caffeine happens every month, he could get money every month.
DNA started the Shine CoTY campaign even when they was on bad terms
DNA was playing middle man between URL and Shine for a second. Shine would share information to relay to URL but when URL used DNA to relay info back to Shine, he would tell DNA to mind his business
The screenshot thing where T.Rex sent Shine a screenshot about URL trying to reach out to him, that happened because DNA told URL to reach out to him, get him on Summer Madness, and get him paid. Shine didn't answer the call. This is still with DNA and Shine not being on speaking terms.

Shine pretty much ghostin everybody and won't pick up the phone for anyone

Basically seems like a bunch of miscommunication and nikkas (k shine) in their feelings. Shine was pose to be his "brother" but didnt say anything to him when his grandmother died.

K shine said on MEO that DNA switched up on him or didnt "stand up for him" in the URL stuff and that he left NWX w/o saying anything.

DNA does a blog breaking everything down on a timeline. He basically says Shine was the one that was acting funny and Shine shouldnt expect him to stand with him when URL and DNA have had a longer relationship. He also mentioned how Shine didnt support him when DNA was having issues with URL in 2019. DNA also says that he didnt leave NWX w/o saying anything, he posted in the group chat or w/e that he was leaving, it's on them if they thought he was joking. Said he had been wanting to leave NWX for years. Said he never bad mouthed Shine in the Shine vs URL stuff. Says he always looked out for shine and bigged him up.

Chris said he was funding like 60% of the battles for years. He said that's why DNA was getting the push he was getting. Chris also said Harry was the nikka that pushed the URL app stuff and paid for it/got it made. Said URL broke Harry off a piece/bought him out, so URL doesnt deal with him anymore.

That's really how it all starts, pathetic. If two of your friends get into a disagreement, you suppose to stay out of it. Who knows how URL would've viewed DNA if he stood up for K Shine. DNA have a family too, can't jeopardize your money to try and stand up for your 'brother' as fukked up as it may sound.

NWX shouldn't had become an all out group, should've been a duo strictly for 2v2 and that's it. After the 2v2 hype died down, NWX should've been disbanded/faded away.
