I guess Verb vs A Ward is big because of the build up and the grudge Hitman vs Ill Will feels random
I'm still wait and see.
I'm not a fan of A Ward but him and Verb is a grudge, and I'm personally interested in that. Especially how Verb does. Battles when both battlers genuine don't like each other but you know the battle will be completed and not end in a fight >>>>>>>
If I thought Ward was nice like that, this would be a perfect grudge match. A legendary vet vs the new "It" guy who everyone is saying is the better battler currently. I don't like grudge matches when they get too personal like Hustle vs Coffee because they couldn't even finish it. But this has just the right amount of friction lol.
Ill Will vs Hitman is one of those matches where the league has officially pushed Will as their number guy so he deserves the battle. It will be a nice moment for his career. I think Hitman actually needs to win this battle or at least put on a great performance. Last few Hitman battles have been lackluster on his end.

There have always been alternatives to url. I'm not coping a ppv to spite url who has put in pain to build battle rap to what it has become. The whole position to go against them is ridiculous. I could see if they owed a bunch of battle rappers money or something but that's not the case.
Not to mention fans who literally letting others leagues get away with things they would be destroying url for smh. I been finding myself sounding like a url apologist lately because the treatment has been unfair and imbalanced.
But old names from guys who haven't put on a great show in years won't make me ante up sorry.

Last time we saw hitman we "were going to catch it on camera" lol again a bunch of names of old guys who haven't shook rooms in years is not going to make me ante up. Been around battle rap too long to get mesmerized by nostalgia of names.
I do want to see ill will who been on his shyt and bigg k been great too. And of course the return of brizz but is that worth a ton of money? Idk

yea, I’m buying this card for sure. Im supporting the culture knowing it can still be a dud but if it’s not, then we lit. showoff fukked it up for me but fukk it.
