I’m just saying, the real transformation comes with a change in dietary lifestyle to compliment your workout.

Rex could easily Holla at Lux and gets some pointers that will increase his progress drastically.

Which would increase his performance if he steps back in the ring. He wins and the Battlerap consumer wins.

Just like with saving or investing money it’s usually not a lack of information or knowledge holding people back, it’s just behavior. Talking to Lux for dietary pointers isn’t gonna change anything.
