Capones story didn’t make a bit of sense & was definitely snitching. He said he wasn’t there when it happened but still got on the stand & made up a fake story. This is more like the Dark Lo situation. He told the Feds a bunch of shyt even though it didn’t get anybody indicted. Telling any information is considered snitching
