URL booking Cassidy vs Freeway is one of the URL's biggest blunders. Why would the URL even book this battle? When you book battles like this, it's like you're completely oblivious to what the people want to see. No one wants to see Freeway battle.

It was a calculated move to stifle RBE's momentum. After the success of the Hitman faceoff/battle, Adam was in negotiations for a Cassidy/Clipse battle.

The URL pretty much paid them in order for Cassidy not to battle for a TBD date. There's no telling if that battle actually happens lol
