Wow, @ the differences in opinions...surprised that there are people who really think it sucked. Are some of us wanting too much? I mean, lets be real...this movie was really an introduction to other DC movies on the way. Almost like a trailer for the next ones. I thought iot was pretty good...of course there are things that could have been better, but overall I liked it. And I'm usually pretty hard on movies. I've always said the movies of the 80's and 90's>>>>>>2000's.
NOT to put it on the level of classics, but I wonder what would have been the atmosphere if social media was around for the release of Star Wars and The Godfather? Would they still possess the same level of admiration?

Why did Batman want to kill Superman? I get the whole "he took out my building and employee, could turn on us, too destructive" bit. Problem is with his existence on earth you're now aware of the fact that powerful beings exist from other worlds. Supes is currently on earth's side but if he's dead and another being shows up who's gonna stop them? All he had to do was stash the kryptonite and use it if Supes went rogue

which bodes well for the Director's cut imo. Similar vibe to Watchmen in regard.
