Notice i said after the criticism. I knew this movie was gonna make a shyt ton of money but that was before i saw the movie and i thought it was going to be the shiznet. There's been nothing but negative shyt about this movie and people obviously dont seem to care. Thats why i was surprised

I feel it breh but I've been reading nothing but shyt reviews and heard from friends that saw it that it was trash but I still had to excpierence it. That's why I was asking. Movie was trash but it was gonna print money since it was announced

Why was Lex Luthor trying to be the Joker :childplease:? I only know Lex from the cartoons and he was never some wannabe Joker. The movie felt like it was all over the place. Even the beginning 'serious' parts were serious but I don't even know what they were being serious about. Then out of nowhere Batman has a random ass vision that doesn't mean shyt. :mindblown:. Also at the end Wonder Woman just shows up out of nowhere. Whole movie was a mess. You have Batman vs Superman, how could you fukk that up? :what: Still enjoyed it though. Favorite part was Batman beating the shyt out of Superman and showing him he doesnt have hands like that. Also like the last fight scene. Wish it had more superhero action and less guns.

why would batman need to wear a trench coat :dead:

Not even the costume designer knows :russ:
http://www.vulture.com/2015/12/heres-why-batmans-wearing-a-trench-coat-in-bvs.html
Over the course of Batman v Superman's promo campaign, the world's gotten a peek at a couple new outfits for Ben Affleck's Batman, including a "desert" ensemble that features a dusty trench coat over the iconic Batsuit. It's a cool look, but wouldn't it get a little sweaty? (Rubber Batsuits aren't exactly known for their breathability.) Now the film's costume designer Michael Wilkinson reveals that practicality, already not a super-important aspect of superhero costumes, was really not important in this case — because the whole scene is a dream sequence. "Zack [Snyder] had a great idea of this sort of nightmare-ish vision, almost a vision of the future, a post-apocalyptic vision," Wilkinson said during a visit to Brazil CCXP. "It’s like a dream that Ben [Affleck] has ... it has almost a Mad Max quality to it where it’s like the end of the world, trying to survive and then of course Superman and his minions come." Wilkinson's probably not speaking with a capital M about the minions, but if he is, wow, what a movie!

Nugga the fukking "origin story" was literally 2 minutes long:what:

And I told you nikkas this earlier, it was there for people who DO NOT KNOW THE ORIGIN OF BATMAN.

There are still people that exist that don't know who the fukk Batman is or why he does what he does. That 2 minute part of the movie was for them... Not you

Like I said, if you can't understand these scenes or what they're in the movie for then I wonder what your grades looked like in HS/College. This shyt is not difficult to understand.. I'm having a harder time comprehending the complaints then I had with the movie

Origin story was 4 minutes, who doesn't know Batman's origin, and why lead off with that in a Superman movie? They could have started with Bruce in Metropolis since it pertains to the story while the origin didn't.

The movie isn't difficult to understand since there's not much substance. The editing was jarring and scenes ended before establishing any weight. Supes saves Lois and it immediately cuts to an African lady we never saw testifying to the senator. Her testimony lasted about 30 second, Senate lady says something, and cut to Lois opening her mailbox. 14 scenes were in 30 minutes and the first 8 were spent on origin/Bruce so that's 12 scenes w/22 left. You can't even spend 2 minutes on each scene. That's sloppy.

How do we get a big Batman action scene to steal something, he fails, but succeeds off camera? That's poor storytelling.

I got to see it a second time. Man look. At the end of the day lets be happy we got justice league coming out next year so all these questions and problems can Probably be resolved. I liked the movie but honestly it should've been more epic considering we had to wait 3 years for it

Are you dudes even fans of the comics?

I have to wonder now... If not, why even bother watching the movie?

Knightmare scene has been explained TOO many times. If you don't know that it's foreshadowing the future JL movies, then I don't know what to tell you.

WW was there the ENTIRE MOVIE.. So how did she pop up out of nowhere?

Lex I agree with but even then, he's been adapted many times in the comics.

I don't know what to tell y'all.. My fam loved it. My friends (who are comic heads but casual) liked everything except Lex

The numerous scenes is the "pacing" that everyone is talking about.... its kinda one of the same.

DD didnt have that problem and its ultimately a 13 episode series or at worst a 13hr movies. You cant really compare movies to tv show and shyt like that works better for tv shows anyway.... I mean Arrow does that a lot too.... really more than DD..... and no one criticizes this DC product.... they LOVE IT (minus Olicity)

Come on breh..... like Superman in Injustice talking to the Lantern Corp.... I'm gonna have to respectfully ask you to stand down sir

Injustice-Quarter-Finals-Results.png

I hated that costume, looked like Supes pissed blood or some shyt
so you enjoy every single thing ever:dwillhuh:

so what happens when u don't enjoy something:dwillhuh:

so every movie ever made has to be liked:wow:

:mjlol::mjlol::mjlol:

This movie has grossed over 424 million dollars already. If im Warner brothers i would be happy as hell because i didn't even see that coming after all the criticism

So the DCEU is basically Transformers? Got it :francis:

Batman v Superman’s Costume Designer Explains Why Batman’s Wearing That Sweet-Ass Trench Coat Over His Gigantic Rubber Suit

He's worn the trench coat in the comics before:what:

And 4 minutes during the opening credits... Wow

Out of a 2 1/2 hour movies, you bytching over 4 minutes:mjlol:

And I just explained not everyone knows the orgin... You literally got people who probably never seen a Batman movie seeing this film. Let's reboot Batman but not explain how he became Batman... That's a great idea to you right?

Gotdamn you complaining over the smallest things like a woman:mjlol:

If the only people who watch these movies were comic fans Hollywood wouldn't be green lighting super hero movies.

Most people in the theater won't get the knightmare at all. I got it and still think it was set up poorly. It just popped up mid movie.

Im a fan of Batman. I grew up on Batman cartoons, games, and movies. You can still be a fan without reading the comics. She was there but not as Wonder Woman besides that picture. Even Batman and Superman make a joke about it. I took my son with me so maybe that kept me from fully getting into. Jesse could've worked as the villain but not Lex Luthor. I like his character but I didn't feel that was Lex. Same way I felt about that bootleg Robert Downey Jr playing Alfred. I guess it'd all make sense if I read the comics. I think if they didn't jam the justice league into this and didn't waste any time with Batmans origins(maybe gave him a movie before this one) they would of had more time to tell a better story.
