The stoop with dat dope fanny padding
I think the first half of it had no flow to it at all aside from the batman origin scene. It seemed like a lot of Snyder trying to wow us with amazing visuals and it was kinda boring. He needs to chill with all the slow mo shyt.

I enjoyed it though, I didn't know that was flash coming back thru time tho I need to see that part again

Definitely not worthy of the hate that it's getting and nothing that will derail dc's upcoming movie lineup

I think this film cemented for me that I prefer Snyder's comic book movies where he remakes the books frame for frame('Watchmen', '300'), to the ones where he is given the characters and left to his own devices (MOS and this).

I was :patrice:

That they borrowed so much from Dark Knight Returns. The nuclear blast recovery, the "I believe you", there was a couple of other things, too.

I was sat in the theatre like 'Welp - well they're not making that movie now, then'. I thought Affleck was cool as Batman and was hoping they let him rock and close out his contract with that one. Doomsday not being saved for a solo Superman film was always :mindblown: to me too.

Luthor reminds me of a marvel villain the way he quips and carries on with very little motivation
I still love him for some reason he was unintentionally hilarious and provided most of the comedy in this movie

can make the face all you want, it's true...look it up for yourself...people are basing how these characters should be on characters that have been established after many years....they not taking into account the time it took for those characters to become what we know...

:martin:

You said you had to research after the fact. You didn't even know what you were watching at the moment. How is the audience, the vast majority not even comic book readers, going to know that? People are going into the theater expecting the "established" Lex but they gave them something else which is getting panned almost universally. People are calling him the Riddler but, "Hey we know this Lex sucks but wait until you see him in the next movie and it'll make sense.":why: They fukked up and hurt their chances of developing the character in a later movie. How do you even bring Eisenberg back? They miscast and poorly wrote Lex and there's no way around it.

Aight here is my brief review coming from someone who loved mos

I just felt the movie was :manny: that's how I left it feeling when I left mos I left like :banderas: :ahh:

Gal gadot as Wonder Woman was great in the movie and if her movie is good it's gonna help a lot more she was looking :noah:

Ben as batman/Bruce was fine too me enjoyed his role still think Keaton is goat batman tho

The movie itself I felt the fight scenes were just ok to be honest

I like the bat vs sup fight but felt actually underwhelmed imo
I felt it needed to have the gritness of dark knight returns animated or at least the bane vs batman where u could u feel the hits and shyt

Doomsday was just a waste of fukking time and I could of sworn he was suppose to be made out of kryptonite in his bone but only good thing bout him was Wonder Woman getting in work

Lex I liked how he was playing chess while they on checkers
Thought actor could of been better but was fine

The flow of the movie just was awkward as hell didn't go well the editing was just not right

Loved Alfred actor he was underrated

When I watched mos i loved how it flowed and how it was and the fight scenes were

I might have to see it again to get better idea but for now I give it

6.5/10 cuz can't say it's a 6 or 7 figure it's between

whoa hold the f*ck up that was
FLASH?!?!?!?!?!

That's the part I'm trying to figure out

Yeah, that was flash from the future , looked like a very matured flash to me ....them dreams sequences was a very nice touch , looking forward to what's ahead

Yea that's what i thought that person was and its what's been said online

Just got home from watching it. My first knee jerk score for it is 6/10.

I likely won't go and see it again.

Kinda how I feel except will do another viewing to make sure that's how i feel

yes I did...was making sure what I was saying was correct....cause I know lex, I know luthor alexander of earth 3, and by how he looked/was acting, I was leaning more towards earth 3 luthor....

as for how are they gonna know that: I guess they wont....but that doesn't mean they should expect an established lex...why would they think that when we don't even have an established superman?..just like he's growing to that established sup, so is lex....he showed glimpses of it, just like sup showed glimpses of the sup we know...

They definitely needed maybe 1 or 2 more scenes between Batman and Superman together.
When you look at the whole film they only interacted with each other a few times.
Movie is called Batman v Superman not political superhero movie featuring DC characters
