Friend, my wife is at work and my son is with grandma and grandpa. Is this the type of film you would catch by yourself in a mattinee( i cant spell that word :lolbron: ) or should friends wait for that netflix jumpoff, friend?

Slimer on steroids. That was an amusing jest there. Plus rep.
I usually go to matinees because the theater doesn't be packed. Less people mean I can catch a lot of things in movies that I may miss due to audience reaction and I don't like fighting over the armrest due to people sitting next to me.

You can share the armrest by one person taking the bottom and the other person taking the top. No awkward elbow touching. :manny:

what?!?!? this is not true....marvel has not made their characters act like they are in the comics...so far, they've made the majority of their leads wise cracking white males....which is not how they are in the comics...

LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.. BASICALLY

all their leads are white males who crack jokes over EVERYTHING

Iron man
Cap
Antman
Gotg

:mjlol:

but Marvel is full of great stories tho :mjlol:

You also keep forgetting you can never quite hide the feelings you're catching over my posts and you're not nearly as level headed as you'd like to pretend you are.:ducreux2:

They're :cape:for it to make up for all the lack of :cape:in the actual movie since Supes is too busy being :sadsupes:

No feelings at all homie.

It wasn't only the critics. A lot of people after my showing were talking about how long and boring it was.

It's a polarizing movie, for sure.

after my viewing, most people were positive....they liked the shyt it setup, liked the movie itself, the acting, and wish it was longer....one cat I talked with was mixed about it...he didn't like some of the shyt batman did and he didn't really like the ending cause it's obvious what's gonna happen...but he even said overall he liked it, especially more when he stopped thinking about the comics lol....

one of my co-workers didn't like it, but since he went to the late showing, he's gonna go see it again to give it another chance...another co-worker said she loved it and cried at the end lol....she didn't like lex though....

They never really went into what Lexs reason for hating Supes

Well in the movie Lexs problem with supes seems to be from him being more powerful then him, this fear seems to come from the abuse he suffered at the hands of his father when he was a child.

where did I say stop voicing your opinions? I didn't...where did I say you had to like the movie? I didnt.....I said stop faking the funk of trying to act like you objective/unbiased, when your posts show you're not...

no, I didn't quote them cause they said what they really thought of the film and whatever they thought was cool...they weren't trying to act like they walking the line like your posts were...

'marvel' shade? what the fukk? I don't care about that shyt, I watch those movies too...i'm not into yall VS shyt.....you're not nitpicking? lol ok.....

who said it was the best dc movie ever? not I, so no need to make shyt up to try to make a point...

...it's whatever man, if you wanna talk about the movie genuinely, i'm down for it..if not, that's cool too....

Again with this "faking the funk" mess.

You telling me to "stop" when I'm frankly just genuinely "stating my opinion" like you or anyone else.....

Kinda sorta like the guy above me in my quote you responded to said he was a DC Stan then proceeded to call the movie "a shytstorm"

The Marvel shade remark is in reference to your delusional claims of me not being objective. All I was saying is I could see if I was in here like a small few others like "bu bu bu but see Marvel is better because..."

That would show a bias but I'm not even coming at anyone that way

Just saw it. It's LIT!!!!!!!!! I rate it 7/10. I really think a lot of the negative reviews are from Marvel stans. Is it perfect? Hell no! Does it have flaws? Hell yes but IMO the reviews were over exaggerated.

Ben Affleck IS Bruce Wayne/Batman! He's the GOAT! Watching him was like a comic come to life. I'm looking forward to the solo Batman movie. I hope it gets moved to 2018 because he's that good! Yes he does kill but IMO the parts he does probably couldn't be avoided. He's dark and he makes innocent civilians and criminals scared which is how it should be.

Superman was good but this film really felt like Batman featuring Superman. Wonder Woman was great and I'm looking forward to her solo film next year.

Jesse Eisenberg is a good actor and I liked him in this movie but I really wish they went in a different direction with his character instead of this young hipster. Don't get me wrong he was on some :demonic: but I wish we got a older Luthor.

I'm still not sold on Ezra Miller as The Flash. The brief scene he was in he looked his normal self and not like Barry Allen would look.

The film did jump around a lot which to me was the biggest downside to it. The story was still was coherent but I can see why people disliked it.

IN MY OPINION this is definitely in the top five of greatest comic book movies.

I even almost shed a tear towards the end:mjcry:
