I honestly don't understand how this turned into a DC vs. Marvel argument. It's really silly. I mean if you like comic books, then you should be rooting for both to do well. But that also means if either one sucks, they need to be mocked just like any other bad movie would be. I'm a casual comic book reader, but an avid comic book movie lover, and at the end of the day, I just want quality movies to watch. Good character development, cohesive and compelling storylines, great action and special effects, and plausible events within the universe being depicted. Marvel and Fox have put out a lot of shytty movies (hello Ultron, Iron Man 3, Thor 2) and so has DC and Warner Bro. (Green Lantern, MoS, Batman and Robin). I don't give a shyt which comic book company it's based on, both Marvel and DC have enough interesting characters and story arcs to make great movies. If BvS becomes an embarrassment, I hope it will signal the need for a change. Mediocre and subpar writers and directors like Goyer and Snyder get too many second and third chances to fukk up a big budget movie.
