Maybe not exactly, but seriously there are actresses working with more physicality. That's not even the entire issue. How about someone more well known? Or maybe with better acting credentials? I don't watch F & F movies so I have never seen her in anything and she is cast as Wonder Woman? You already got a not so well known Supes I just don't think this was the right play. She could totally be great and I'm hoping she is just sayin' she's not my first, second or third choice.

They're probably looking for someone to build off of. You see what happens when you try to get a JLaw for a franchise. I could say the same for Chris Evans and RDJ when they first started off in the MCU

She's not supposed to sound like an American and that is probably something that they were wanting as well.

She's a nice looking chick and seems to have charisma and has been in action movies. What else does she need except to get a lil stronger.

Michelle Monaghan was really my top choice. After that I don't know but someone like that on the come up moreso with a bigger body of work.

But Gina can't really act either. She did good in Deadpool with minimum speaking roles but to carry a franchise? She just had the prototypical look of WW but probably not anything else.

Plus they're trying to sell merchandise, get female fans, build a franchise, etc. I'm sure they wanted a woman that looked more feminine with action movie credentials... Who else that isn't in the Superhero movie game that can do that now

If they could find a damn near 6ft "brolic" athletic woman that could act they would've. Where does this even come from Linda Carter was skinny too. Her breasts were just big. The comicbook wonder woman is like 6ft 150lbs and some comics have her taller than Superman. What actress is built like that and can act? It's fiction there shouldn't be a need to be super accurate in regards to her.

Reminds me about the complaints about Hugh Jackman and Wolverine. People complaining about him being to tall to play Wolverine. How many people you know that are 5'3, muscular, and can act?
