i personally always liked superhero films better in animation form, the JL/JLU, Superman TAS and Batman TAS was always cool for drawing certain characters out of the prototypical look
me and my homie always felt superman came off "racially ambigious" on some native american/asian/mixed shyt, tho that could just be the minority in us tryna project things lol ... i always felt that made more sense for an alien from outerspace who is sposed to represent the pinnacle of human morality anyways, i know its a comic and all but why would he end up looking exactly like one human race
same with how they drew lex who many here have thought was black
they drew the animation vague enough for minorities to put or see ourselves in those characters, which is dope because especially back then most superheroes were clearly drawn white ... which i understand, but it makes it more enjoyable for everyone across the board imo
Nah I feel you. Aliens looking just like whit e people is some of the laziest and pretentious shyt ever.
