He's supposed to be an evil mastermind.

What kind of mastermind puts a giant neon building exterior sign, not only indoors, but inside a basketball court.

A basketball court with beach chairs at the half-court line.

You get a bad bounce off the rim and half your "L" needs to be replaced.

How is that kind of thinking going to get you Superman, Lex?

I can see events happening in this movie (maybe towards the end) that can make Lex take a very dark turn. Dude still has his hair too
