Just read a theory online that said when...

Stark, Strange, Spidey, Wong & Banner go to fight Thanos on Titan they all get murked in like 2 minutes and Doctor Strange reverses time so he can bring everybody back from the fight, retreat and strategize. Thats why the fight on Titan is not the climax.

Also thats why in the SDCC footage we see Spidey dying but he returns with the Iron-Spider suit better prepared.

Damn bruh I should neg you. Movie was God awful. Tied with IM3 for worst MCU film. Thankfully RDJ redeemed himself in Avengers and AOU.

Do the main characters get a cut from merchandise sold like clothing and toys?

I did read back in Phase 2 that only RDJ got merchandise payouts.

Breh, Wonder Woman is comparable to Captain America: The First Avenger. So DCEU's best movie is comparable to one of Marvels bottom 5.

HOWEVER, if you compare the two movies, FA was meh but it led directly into the Avengers. It connected to the movies that came before (Thor) and after (Avengers) it. So if nothing else you were invested in the movie because of the Easter Eggs.

Wonder Woman on the other hand had no connections to the first movie other than the generic Wayne Enterprises plug. Most of the characters were forgettable, where as Buckey Barns is firmly entrenched in the MCU. His progression is as long as Caps. Even Agent Carter made cameo's in a few movies.

So you see, Wonder Woman was just a movie. First Avenger was a piece to the masterpiece puzzle that is the MCU.

A tree that is only able to say three words "I" "Am" and "Groot" in that particular order has been able to connect to audiences more than Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman combined.
