From what the Russo’s have said


Part 3 and 4 are of course interloped, BUT, they exist as two standalone movies. So there is no Cliff Hanger like in say Matrix 2 & 3 or Harry Potter Part 7 1&2.


So each movie will have its own beginning, middle, and end.

In effect making them two separate movies
