I agree but that's not what he's talking about. He's saying if an actor chooses not to do more movies they'll just recast Tony Stark or Steve Rodgers. I disagree. I'm saying they will just have a different person be the character like in the comics. I'm also saying if people get upset that the character technically didn't die then it's silly.

Fred.

Ahhh ok. I misred. :salute:

The only formidable opponents are hulk, and thor. Everyone else is cannon fodder.

But i guess in the comic, they were all fodder once he had the gauntlet.

Yea everyone is fodder once Thanos has the gauntlet. That's why people are saying NONE of this is believable unless people actually die.

Gonna be epic if they bring in celestial, eternity, living tribunal. Chaos order. :blessed:

they got too mane thats the only thing that makes sense plus they have the rights to them so why not. in avengers they showed a glimpse of eternity in thor"s vision and the collector is older than the universe itself. i think the only one they can't use is the watcher because he is a FF character.

the guardians will introduce the cosmic tier people because thanks will wipe his ass with capt america. i was kinda upset they even had capt tussling with Loki

Infinity War Part 1 and 2 'Very Different' from Each Other

Avengers: Infinity War Part 1 and 2 ‘very different’ from each other
In just a few weeks, Marvel Studios will release Captain America: Civil War, officially kicking off Phase Three of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. All of that will come to a close with Avengers: Infinity War Part 1 and Part 2. Based on the two titles (and the recent release pattern of films being split in two), one might assume the two will simply be two halves of one movie, but co-director Anthony Russo says they’re both different.

“The movies are very very different from one another,” Anthony tells io9. “It’s not a part one and part two scenario, necessarily. They’re just two different expressions. I think it creates a misconception that we’re shooting them at the same time.”

Anthony’s brother Joe chimed in as well, noting that their work from Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Captain America: Civil War will carry over, in terms of story and what they learned in making them.

“There’s an overarching story that’s going to be told through all four films. And I think having the amount of characters we have in [Civil War] certainly prepares us to deal with probably triple the amount of characters in Infinity War.”

In further Infinity War news, screenwriter Christopher Markus was asked about Thanos and how, despite three appearances in the MCU, audiences don’t know anything about him.

“We don’t get an element of surprise. Everyone knows he’s coming, and yet he hasn’t had terribly many scenes that have illuminated very much about him,” Markus tells ScreenCrush. “You can count on a lot of scenes where we illuminate a lot about him very early.”

What about after Infinity War? Marvel Studios already has release dates for three mystery movies set for 2020, but Kevin Feige says they’re focusing on what they’ve announced right now.

“We’re only working on what’s been announced through the end of 2019,” Feige told io9. “And it is still a big chess board for 2020 and beyond, but certainly I would say Guardians 3 is [one film that’s] up there. I don’t know what exactly the order will be.”

Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War Part 1 is slated for release in theaters on May 4, 2018; Part 2 will open on May 3, 2019. The three mystery movies are set to debut May 1, 2020, July 10, 2020, and November 6, 2020.

Both Avengers: Infinity War Films Will be Retitled

Both Avengers: Infinity War films will be retitled
Last year, Kevin Feige announced the full Marvel Phase Three slate, and revealed it would be capped off by Avengers: Infinity War Part II . Since then, we’ve learned a little more about the two films, like how many characters will be appearing, but one thing that directors Anthony and Joe Russo previously said of the films that stands out is that the two parts are “very very different from one another.” That in mind, the pair have now confirmed to Uproxx that the films won’t be released under the “Part I” and “Part II” subheadings, but will be given all-new titles.

“The intention is we will change it,” Joe Russo said. “We just haven’t come up with the titles yet. But, yes, we will change it. And, yes, that is a scoop: we will retitle them.”

A number of Marvel crossover comics have not only used the “Infinity” namesake but also included the villain Thanos, such as Infinity Gauntlet, Infinity Crusade, Infinity Abyss, and simply Infinity. Any of these could prove to be the title of one of the films, but what those titles will be remain unconfirmed. Check back here for when Marvel officially announces them!

Screenwriters Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely will pen the scripts for the two features which directors Anthony and Joe Russo will film entirely in IMAX. Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War Part 1 is slated for release in theaters on May 4, 2018; Part 2 will open on May 3, 2019.

I wonder how far the Marvel Cinematic Universe can/could go. I mean after Thano/Infinity War what other major level threat could there be for the Avengers?
Rumor has it FOX is getting ready to give up those FF rights. If true, there is only direction to take.
