We all have our preferences. But Logan's opening scene, the chase and fight at their hideout, the casino/seizure scene, the farm scene and then the end battle in the forest are all beautifully brutal..maybe too brutal for you but that type of action and violence is right up my alley and was something i was finally waiting for a comic book flick to do. while most marvel films are kiddie fights and lackluster cgi. That's me tho.

I loved Logan. It's right up there with The Dark Knight for me personally:yeshrug:

I think I only watched Logan one time.

I think it was dope, I don’t hold it as high as so many others but I don’t shyt on either.

It was just one of them films I thought was dope at the time and once I turned the page I was done with it.

Like the Magic wasn’t there for me anymore.

Like some films, even if I don’t watch the whole movie again, there are atleast scenes I would go back and watch.... examples;

The Airport scene Cap3
Buck vs Cap on the bridge Cap 2
The casino scene in BP
The beginning scene of Guardians 2
The chase and Joker escape TDK
Hulk vs Thor in Thor 3
The final shootout in hotel Punisher WZ
All the Ghostrider scenes in GR 1-2
The fight in Smallville MOS
Hulk vs that super serum dude & army in Hulk
The training on Or Green Lantern
Batman vs Bane in the sewers in TDKR
Johnny Storm vs Silver Surfer F4 2
Blade fighting in all the Blade movies
X-men vs Magneto in DOFP
Batman vs Lex goods to save Martha in BvS

And so on and so on to name a few. And I have have many more from other movies as well as some of these same movies I referenced.

To me, there isn’t one scene in Logan that feel compelled to want to rewatch like that in that level.

At best I would have to watch the entire movie again overall to really enjoy and as of recent I just haven’t had the desire or time to do so.

x-23 first fight scene in the desert and the final battle throughout the forest are all up there with the best imo. and wolverine vs the clone on the farm was a great scene and had a great buildup.

i personally have logan in the same class as TDK, Cap: WS, IW, GoTG 1, Thor: Ragnarok and BP.

I don’t think it was bad..... it just wasn’t great to me.

I don’t know something for me just didn’t connect in Logan.

Like of all the movies on that level there was always style or cool factor that wowed me,

Whether it was the battles of 300 or Hitgirl in Kick Ass (that apartment scene to me was better than any scene in Logan).

And bringing it up again Punisher War Zone was :wow:

What he did to the Mob, the shoot out at in the building:blessed:

Punisher snapping that grandmothers neck was :heh: and :banderas: at the same time.

There are sooooooo many more I can name that just stand out better to me. And I’m promise I’m not trynna shyt on Logan.

Its kind of them deals like say this was sports..... at QB Foles is a good QB...... but Brees, Brady, Rodgers, Wentz, Cam, Russ, Mahones etc are better.

Not calling him a scrub, he ain’t no Gabbert or Sanchez.

In a new interview with Empire Magazine, via ComicBookMovie, the Russos again said that the movie will indeed be three hours long. This time, however, they indicated that the theatrical release will be that long: There’s a high probability that this movie will clock in at around three hours. It’s a big movie with a lot of story.

:blessed::blessed::blessed::blessed:

They also mentioned Thanos is done and has retired. I wonder how he gets back into the fold and notices that his work is being un-done by the avengers:ohhh:
