Looking at the new sneak peak I think they try to take on Thanos with Capt Marvel and get their shyt pushed in and they regroup with Tony, hawkeye, and scott and go into the past and collect the gems to undo everything in the future. War machine, banner, and capt marvel might die in the 1st meeting not sure. OR something happens to the gauntlet that they cant use it to undo everything so they have to go back in time.
Interestingly, I found an old Avengers arc titled Avengers Endgame that had two teams of avengers fighting kang in two timelines

Yeah it was during Hickman's FF run. A group of Reed Richards were recruiting across the multiverse and got fukked up by some mad celestials and doom took one their infinity guanltet and went to their home universe that was destroyed and recreated everything from scratch. I fukk with Hickman but he is clearly a doom fan because he's the one who had him become god emperor doom in secret wars as well. And in the end his creations overtook and him and the FF4 had to save him so I think Doom was more just trying to save face. Like "I didn't even want to be a god anyway."
That was crazy. Did not see him actually killing Thanos!
