Lol I knew I was wrong but this chick looks so familiar..like I've seen her something that's not Arrow really really recently

She played Yukio in "The Wolverine" movie from 2013.

She also played a Red Priestess in 1 of the episodes of the current season of "Game of Thrones".

This show needs a major jolt; something along the lines of a major death that would effect everyone and completely reset the entire canvas of the show. And there is only one character that fits the bill...they need to kill Felicity.
