Its about damn time. That subplot has been hanging around since the first season.

And since Arrow's producers love to cast Spartacus alums so much they should get Viva Bianca to play the head of HIVE.

I'm not sure what H.I.V.E. is.

If you remember the orginial teen titans show(not that trash teen titans go!) they were pretty much the main villains on the show led by Deathstroke but other members included that were outside of the tv show and in the comics are Damien Darhk,HIVE Mistress, Penelope Lord to name a few
